El Paseo Village, opening Fall 2009, will complement the adjacent exceptional outdoor shopping offered by The Gardens on El Paseo, also owned and managed by Davis Street Land Company.

El Paseo Village will feature nearly a dozen new upscale boutiques totaling 36,900 square feet of new street-level retail space, two new upper-level restaurants totaling 17,400 square feet and upper level office space totaling 15,700 square feet. A new parking lot will also be added behind the two-level development.

The construction of El Paseo Village is scheduled to begin October 2008, with a Grand Opening October 2009.
